M2T is providing engineering, requirements, governance, risk management and assurance support to the Australian Submarine Agency across its infrastructure program. Since October 2024, an approximately 20-person M2T team has supported program delivery and governance, including engagement with government and industry stakeholders.
The ASA infrastructure program requires strong governance, requirements control, assurance and risk management across a complex Defence and industry environment. It also requires effective coordination between government stakeholders and major industry participants as the program develops.
M2T established a governance framework and secretariat supporting DG ASA public forums, bringing together South Australian government and industry representatives. M2T continues to provide requirements control, management and assurance, while leading risk management activities on behalf of ASA Infrastructure.
M2T has established an enduring program-control and assurance capability supporting ASA Infrastructure. The governance framework provides a structured mechanism for engagement between ASA, government and industry, while M2T’s requirements, assurance and risk functions continue to support informed program decision-making.
