M2T is supporting the Australian Submarine Agency (ASA) in the trilateral design, development, integration and procurement of the AUKUS submarine Combat System across Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. M2T provides engineering, project management, safety management and integration support across this complex international program.
The Combat System requires coordinated design, development, integration and procurement across three nations, while ensuring the Australian submarine program can integrate the required capability within a highly complex Defence environment.
M2T provides a multidisciplinary team combining engineering, project management, safety management and integration expertise. The team develops project plans and schedules, provides assurance activities and prepares senior leadership briefings to support informed program decisions and coordination across stakeholders.
M2T provides ongoing engineering and program support to ASA, helping coordinate the Australian contribution to the trilateral Combat System program and supporting engagement with major industry stakeholders including BAE Systems, ASC, Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics.
