M2T, supported by subcontractor capability, is providing scheduling support to the Australian Submarine Agency across the Infrastructure, AUKUS and VCS programs. The engagement commenced through a direct RFQ in October 2024 and continues to support development of the master schedule across ASA programs of work.
ASA requires an integrated view of schedule dependencies and program activities across multiple concurrent programs. Developing a master schedule across Infrastructure, AUKUS and VCS requires consistent planning, coordination and integration of information from multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
M2T provides dedicated scheduling capability, led by Jono Maclean as an M2T subcontractor, working with ASA stakeholders to develop the master schedule. The team integrates program information across the relevant ASA workstreams to provide a consolidated basis for planning and program management.
M2T and its subcontractors have been instrumental in developing the master schedule for ASA’s programs of work, providing a consolidated scheduling foundation across Infrastructure, AUKUS and VCS and continuing to support program planning as the work progresses.
